Try a Dry Sauna
Excessive heat, some people hate it others love it. At the surface level it may seem that all a dry sauna does is make you feel uncomfortably sweaty. In actuality there is way more going on. (Especially at the cellular level)
Why is this important?
We all need to sweat in order to survive, especially in our current sedentary lifestyles. One of the simplest way to get adequate sweat is by integrating the dry sauna into some form of a weekly use.
